We have an exciting opportunity for aHigher Apprentice Quantity Surveyorto join our commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the commercial side of the construction industry to develop knowledge skills and experience while studying a relevant qualification and receiving guidance from experienced professionals.

What training will you do and what qualification will you get at the end

Youllenrol onto theLevel 4 Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship delivered in partnership with one of our college or training providers.

Over2 years youll work towards aLevel 4 Diploma in Quantity Surveying Practice which provides a strong foundation for progression to a Degree Apprenticeship and professional accreditation with theRoyal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)orChartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship

As a Higher Apprentice you will be recruited on apermanent contract. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship youll be well-positioned to progress onto aDegree Apprenticeshipand eventually become aChartered Quantity Surveyor with a rewarding career path atM Group.

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• GCSE grade 4 or equivalent and above inMaths and English
• AND A Levelsor equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g. BTEC T-Level)
• A keen interest in the construction and infrastructure industry
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach and a drive to make a difference
• A full UK/EU driving licence and willingness to travel
