Rendlesham Primary Schoolare seeking a dedicated Apprentice EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant EYFS team. This is a unique hands-on opportunity to earn while you learn gaining a nationally recognised qualification while making a real difference to childrens development. No prior teaching experience is required but you must have a genuine passion for early childhood development.

• have a genuine passion for early education
• are hardworking and eager to learn
• can follow plans and work on own initiative
• can communicate clearly with children and adults verbally and in writing
• can work both with a small group and on a one to one basis with pupils
• can contribute to assessments
• can adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
• can maintain confidentiality
• are confident in supporting good behaviour management skills
• have an awareness of safeguarding.
