Role Overview

Analytics is a core strategic capability within dentsu enabling smarter decisions and sustainable growth for our clients.

As a Global Analytics Director
onHeineken you will play a critical role in delivering and scaling analytics solutions across a complex global transformationprogrammecentredonFreddy Connect.


This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Global Analytics Partner focused on translating strategy into execution. You will lead the delivery of key analytics workstreams embed measurement and insight into theprocess and ensure consistent adoption across markets.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams (media data technology and partners such as Kantar) to deliver high-quality outputsoperationaliseframeworks and drive impact through actionable insights.


The role extends beyond measurement delivery to help transform analytics into a growth engine for Heineken ensuring data evidence and AI-enabled decisioning are embedded within planninginvestmentand optimisation processes.You willhelp markets make better growth decisions from evidence.


Role & Responsibilities

1. Client Delivery & Impact

  • Manage and execute analytics workstreams across the Heinekenprogramme ensuring delivery against agreed prioritiestimelinesand quality standards

  • Translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans across global and market teams

  • Deliver measurement frameworks analysis and insights that inform planningoptimisationand investment decisions

  • Support the Partner in client engagement ensuring outputs are clear commercially relevant and aligned to business objectives

  • Translate data evidence and insight into clear planning decisions and actions ensuring outputs drive business impact

2.Enablement & Execution

  • Lead the implementation of analytics components within ensuring clear definition and delivery of measurementinsightand activation outputs

  • Translate global frameworks into practical application for markets balancing consistency with local requirements

  • Support development of core templates and enablement materials to drive adoption acrossOpCos

  • Identifyand resolve gaps in scoperolesor deliverables to ensure smooth execution

  • Embed measurement into planning workflows ensuring predicted and measured outcomes are consistently defined and applied

3. Measurement &Growth Analyticsandgrowthdrivers.Integration

  • Implement scalable measurement approaches integrating mediabrandand performance data into a unified view of effectivenessandgrowthdrivers.

  • Lead the application of growth analytics frameworks toidentifyopportunities for revenue growth market share expansion portfoliooptimisationand improved marketing effectiveness.

  • Ensure outputs from partners (e.g.Kantar) are incorporated into planning and decision-making processes

  • Act as the integration layer across reportinganalyticsand strategy teams ensuring evidence is connected accessible and usable within planning workflows

  • Build and enable learning loops ensuring insights from past activity systematically inform future planning andoptimisation

4. Innovation & Solution Development

  • Identifyrepeatable client challenges and translate them into scalable toolsframeworksand reusable approaches

  • Develop growth-focused decision-support products that help marketsidentifyopportunities forecastoutcomesand optimise investment decisions.

  • Introduce new methodologies datasourcesor partner solutions to enhance measurement and insight capabilities

  • Make evidence easier to accessinterpretand apply throughproductisedsolutions and decision-support tools

  • Explore the application of AI decisionintelligenceand predictive analytics to improve planning accuracy and accelerate growth.

5. Collaboration & Delivery Leadership

  • Coordinate delivery across analytics media data/techand partner teams ensuring alignment on prioritiesrolesand outputs

  • Manage day-to-day direction of analysts and managers ensuring clear priorities and high performance

  • Maintainhigh standardsof qualityconsistencyand accuracy across deliverables

  • Proactivelyidentifyrisks and dependencies escalating issues with clear solutions

  • Enable effective collaboration between global hub and market teams supporting knowledge sharing and consistent ways of working

Skills & Experience

  • Previousexperience in analytics data or research ideally within a media or marketing environment.

  • Experience applying AI and advanced analyticsoutputs(predictive modelling ML and emerging GenAI approaches) to drive decision-making and automation

  • Working knowledge of media planningand strategic approaches.

  • Ability to translate analytical work into clear insightsrecommendationsand actions for non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to connect measurement outputs (MMM attribution experimentation brand tracking) to planning and business growth decisions.

  • Strong commercial mindset focused on impactadoptionand business outcomes not just analysis
