The London based M&A Technology team is seeking to hire an Analyst to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in the team to support with the origination and execution of transactions typically reporting to an Associate or Vice President including;

• Assist in the preparation of client presentations (pitches);
• Research public company and transaction multiples to support valuation of companies;
• Supporting the drafting of information memoranda;
• Collecting analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights;
• Conducting industry research : collect information on target companies market analysis competitive position; and
• Provide administrative support including meeting agendas meeting notes and management of deal Q&A.

Qualifications:

• You have experience in an accounting firm preferably financial due diligence or at least six months experience in an investment bank or boutique M&A firm;
• You have solid financial knowledge (accounting financial analysis financial modelling company valuation methods etc.) and strong analytical skills enabling you to work both autonomously and within a team;
• Your attention to detail organizational skills and commitment to excellence drive you;
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage professional relationships excellent time keeping and commitment to delivering required tasks on time; and
• You are fluent in English (both written and spoken) and you are at ease with IT tools for your role
