We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Alumni Relations Officer to strengthen relationships with our alumni community through engaging communications events and volunteering opportunities while supporting the wider aims of the Development Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging alumni communications across email print web and social media.
- Plan and deliver reunions networking events and other alumni activities.
- Build strong relationships with alumni volunteers and ambassadors.
- Maintain accurate alumni records and produce engagement reports.
- Support fundraising careers and wider community initiatives.
- Ensure activity complies with GDPR and the Schools data protection procedures.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience of planning events and delivering multi-channel communications.
- Confident using CRM databases and analysing data.
- Strong IT organisational and administrative skills.
- A proactive accurate and collaborative approach.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
