Thurrock Councils Housing Solutions Department are looking for an experienced Allocations Customer Care Coordinator to join their Allocations Tam on a Permanent Contract.

The Allocations Team receive a high number of enquiries regarding Social Housing and the Allocations Customer Care Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that the response and advice provided is clear concise and falls in line with the Housing Act 1996.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Allocations Manager and process the portfolio of social housing that the Council acquire.

The Allocations Customer Care Coordinator role will suit a candidate that has strong knowledge and experience within the Housing area and has in-depth knowledge of Part 6 of the Housing Act 1996.

DBS Check: Not Required for this role
