We have an exciting opportunity for aAlcohol Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time in a way that best meets their needs. With this role youll be working as part of Alcohol team based in our Croxteth Hub in Liverpool.
Where: Liverpool
Part Time Hours:37.5 per week
Contract: Permant
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
With this role youll be working as part of the alcohol team based in our Croxteth Hub.
The team supports people with their or their loved ones alcohol issues.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual so being flexible curious and a good listener are key.
Youll have to record information about what you do so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time youll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds making a difference to their lives.
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate non-judgemental approach
Experience supporting individuals affected by alcohol misuse or complex needs
Good organisational and case management skills
Understanding of confidentiality safeguarding and recovery-focused support

Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of individuals accessing alcohol recovery support
Complete assessments recovery plans and regular reviews
Provide one-to-one recovery-focused support and interventions
Signpost and refer individuals to appropriate services and support
Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
Support individuals to achieve their recovery goals and improve wellbeing
What we will give to you:
25 days holiday ( bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each years service -Capped at 30 days
Paid Wellness hour each week along with a Wellness hub and Employee Assist Programme
