We are working exclusively with a reputable and growing facilities management business that is looking to strengthen its mobile engineering team due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a stable long-term role with a forward-thinking business that values its engineers and offers genuine career progression.

The Role

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance servicing fault finding and repairs across a varied commercial portfolio.

The role is predominantly Midlands-based covering environments such as retail sites offices and other commercial properties. There will also be some national travel when required so flexibility is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing maintenance and repairs on commercial air conditioning systems.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
• Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works.
• Work across a range of split multi-split and commercial AC systems.
• Carry out effective fault finding and component replacement where required.
• Work independently across a mobile commercial portfolio.
• Complete all work safely and to a high standard.
• Provide a professional service to clients and site teams.
• Complete job reports and relevant documentation accurately.

The Person

You will be an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in service maintenance and fault finding across commercial environments.

You will be comfortable working independently in a mobile role and flexible with occasional national travel.

Requirements

• Recognised Air Conditioning qualification.
• Current F-Gas qualification.
• Strong experience servicing maintaining and repairing commercial AC systems.
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Previous experience working across commercial sites.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexible approach to travel.
• Professional reliable and able to work independently.

Package

• Salary up to 47000.
• Company vehicle.
• Travel paid door to door.

• Callout rota of 1 in 14 with 50 standby payment.
