Full-Time & Flexible Contract Options Remote

$60 - $120 per hour

We are recruiting for multiple opportunities with a fast-growing AI technology business working on advanced AI systems and software engineering projects.

There are currently two routes available:

AI/ML Engineer Full-Time

Suitable for candidates with experience in:

• Python
• LLMs
• RAG
• Prompt engineering
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Cloud AI platforms
• APIs / SDKs
• Data pipelines / ETL
• CI/CD

AI Engineer / Software Engineer Contract

Approx. 15 hours per week Flexible hours

This route is suitable for experienced software engineers. Prior AI experience is not essential.

You will work on technical tasks designed to help train next-generation AI systems including:

• Debugging
• Feature development
• Refactoring
• Performance optimisation
• Software testing
• Working with complex codebases
• Strong experience in one or more of the following is required:
• Python
• C
• Java
• Golang
• TypeScript
• Rust

What Were Looking For

• Strong software engineering or AI/ML experience
• Good problem-solving ability
• Experience working with complex technical systems
• Strong written communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

The contract opportunity offers flexible working and output-based compensation.
