Agency Appointments Manager

Were looking for an Agency Appointments Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the onboarding of intermediary firms and advisers ensuring robust risk assessment and compliance from the outset.

Youll lead a high-performing team strengthen control frameworks and work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive efficient compliant and high-quality onboarding processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a regulated environment while supporting strong customer and business outcomes.

What youll be doing:

• Leading motivating and developing a team responsible for onboarding intermediary firms and advisers
• Managing onboarding risk processes and applying robust control frameworks to support decision making
• Assessing financial and business intelligence to recommend appropriate onboarding outcomes
• Reviewing and enhancing operational controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Overseeing quality checks complaint handling breach reporting and issue resolution
• Analysing MI and performance data to improve service delivery efficiency and customer outcomes
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders external partners and key business areas
• Leading projects and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen risk management and onboarding processes

Who were looking for:

• Proven experience within financial services with a strong understanding of the UK market
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations compliance frameworks and risk management principles
• Experience managing or leading teams with the ability to drive performance and development
• Understanding of onboarding governance intermediary structures and contractual arrangements
• Ability to interpret financial and business data to support risk-based decision making
• Experience improving processes controls and operational efficiency
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Knowledge of systems and tools used in onboarding due diligence and business intelligence
