Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Performance Analyst to join a rapidly growing automotive organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised analytical and proactive individual to support the Aftersales leadership team in driving operational performance across a national retailer and service network.

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring aftersales performance managing reporting processes coordinating management meetings and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role will be office based in our clients head office in Chiswick Park.


Key Responsibilities

Aftersales Performance Monitoring

  • Support the Aftersales leadership team in consolidating and reviewing regional and departmental performance reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including customer satisfaction warranty performance service revenue and parts sales.
  • Produce analytical summaries highlighting trends risks and opportunities for improvement.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect manage and analyse operational data from regional and head office aftersales teams.
  • Maintain reporting tools dashboards and performance tracking systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy consistency and timely submission of reports.


Meeting Coordination & Documentation

  • Organise and coordinate regular management meetings reviews and workshops.
  • Prepare presentations reports and briefing materials for senior management.

Process Improvement

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and support the implementation of more efficient processes.
  • Assist with the introduction of new systems and reporting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the aftersales function.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy and timeliness of aftersales reporting.
  • Completion rate of actions arising from management meetings.
  • Quality and insightfulness of performance analysis.
  • Contribution to measurable reporting and process efficiency improvements.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within aftersales operations data analysis business administration or a related automotive environment.
  • Strong analytical organisational and coordination skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
