About the role:
As an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager you will play a key role in expanding and managing our network of affiliate partners and strategic relationships to support patient recruitment across global clinical trials. Working closely with Marketing Patient Recruitment Clinical Operations and external partners you will identify new growth opportunities optimize partner performance and help drive high-quality patient acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a data-driven approach to performance marketing and partnership management.
As an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager you would be responsible for:
- Developing managing and growing affiliate and strategic partner relationships to support patient recruitment initiatives.
- Identifying onboarding and maintaining relationships with affiliates publishers patient advocacy groups and other strategic partners.
- Coordinating partner campaigns and optimizing partner performance to maximize recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborating with Marketing teams to support performance marketing initiatives and improve acquisition across digital channels.
- Monitoring affiliate and campaign performance using key metrics and providing recommendations to improve lead quality conversion and ROI.
- Ensuring affiliate and partnership activities comply with applicable healthcare privacy and marketing regulations.
- Working closely with Marketing Patient Recruitment Clinical Operations Compliance Analytics and external partners to identify new opportunities and continuously improve recruitment performance.
We would like you to have:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing partnership management business development digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience developing and managing affiliate programs strategic partnerships or publisher relationships.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles including CPA CPL CPC attribution and campaign optimization.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads Meta Ads display advertising or other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards web analytics and campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Fluency in English with proven experience in the U.S. digital environment including knowledge of U.S. consumer behavior advertising platforms campaign practices and market-specific regulations.
- Experience working in healthcare life sciences clinical research or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication negotiation stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
