Yellow Door is an amazing charity that is quite literally changing lives for the better across the Hampshire area with a team of around 100 staff and volunteers working together to prevent and respond to domestic and sexual abuse. We provide a diverse and innovative range of services to local people of all ages and genders. Last year we engaged with over 4500 clients to provide crucial support information and in some cases a lifeline. Right now our services have never been more in demand so our volunteers and supporters are absolutely critical to us. 30847 to 36108 per annum

Starting salary dependent on skills and experience

About the Role

Yellow Door is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advocacy Services Coordinator to support the delivery of our Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA) and Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy services.

You will coordinate referrals undertake risk and need assessments allocate cases support advocacy staff and help ensure high-quality trauma-informed services for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.

About You

You will have:

• Experience in advocacy safeguarding domestic abuse sexual violence or related support services

• Strong risk assessment and case management skills

• Experience coordinating referrals or service delivery

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A commitment to equality diversity and trauma-informed practice

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience supervising staff volunteers or practitioners would be advantageous.
