Job Summary
This is a significant position within the service as the Advanced Practitioner will have responsibility to support and develop the operational team in their knowledge and understanding ensuring that the people we support receive a high quality outcome-focusedand personalised service which meets their needs.
Working as part of the local senior management team this role will involve developing and implementing bespoke plans to meet the individual needs of the people we support. This willenable people we supportto have the best possible quality of life and to grow in confidence competence and personal effectiveness.
You will be expected totrain coach and support colleagues to implement strategies as well advising on best practice to ensure we meet the individual needs of the people living within the service.
For over 50 years Hesley Group has provided specialist care support and education for people with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs.
