Life in this role 

As part of our central functions division we are looking for a Administrator to join our busy Payroll team on a 2-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide vital administrative support helping to ensure payroll queries are managed efficiently and employees receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the central Payroll inbox responding to and redirecting queries as appropriate.
• Provide administrative support to the Payroll team.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
• Process payroll-related documentation and correspondence.
• Liaise with employees and managers to resolve payroll queries.
• Support the team with general administration and data entry tasks.

Qualifications :

About You:

• Previous administration experience ideally within a payroll HR or finance environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
