Are you a highly organised and detail-focused administrator with previous office experience

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Administrator to join our busy finance and processing team in Thame.

Reporting to the Transaction Processing Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our finance function.

What you will be doing.

• Daily bank and cashbook reconciliations

• Accurately entering supplier invoices in line with company procedures

• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

• Liaising with procurement to respond to supplier enquiries

• Processing weekly BACS runs and ad hoc payments

• Chasing overdue customer payments and issuing monthly statements

• Managing the finance inbox

• Filing and scanning invoices

• Supporting month-end processes and working to deadlines

• Providing general administrative support to the team

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

• Previous office experience

• Computer literate and has confidence learning new systems

• Strong attention to detail

• Confident professional communication skills

• A team player who is proactive and self-motivated

• The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
