As the first point of contact for visitors and callers you will provide a welcoming reception service while supporting the wider business with a variety of Key Responsibilities
Managing reception and greeting visitors
Answering and directing telephone calls
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Booking meetings travel accommodation and restaurants
Maintaining office supplies and communal areas
Providing administrative support to Directors and Managers
Keeping records filing systems and company portals up to date
Essential Requirements
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Previous administration or reception experience
NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration
