Unity Resourcing is delighted to be recruiting for an Administratoron behalf of a successful and growing organisation based in Kirk Hammerton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys providing administrative support within a busy office environment. We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels as long as you have strong administration skills excellent IT abilities and a willingness to learn.
Administrator duties will include:
- Processing orders quotations and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining electronic records and filing systems
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries professionally
- Assisting with the resolution of queries and issues
- Supporting the team with general office administration
- Contributing to improvements in systems and processes
About You
- Previous administration experience ideally within an office environment
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A positive flexible and proactive approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
