Job Purpose:

This is an excellent opportunity to work within our Surety Division. This is a very successful busy and enthusiastic team who pride themselves on the high level of service they provide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer existing Surety Bonds for All TMHCC Branches.

• Input and retrieval of data on a bespoke database (underwriting system).

• Filing documentation into ImageRight (paperless filing system).

• Produce letters reports and invoices.

• Assist with departmental incoming and outgoing post.

• Monitor the general department e-mail box and distribution of incoming e-mails as appropriate.

• Deal with customers and insurance brokers enquiries by telephone.

• Obtain documentation to allow reduction expiry of Bonds.

• Change additional premiums for overrun of contracts.

• General office administration and other reasonable duties.

Skills and Experience Specification:

• Good command of English and numeracy.

• Good keyboard skills with high level of accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confident and courteous telephone manner.

• Strong organisational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
