Administration Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join the lovely Ivy House team!
The role will be to contribute to providing successful and efficient administrative support to our teaching staff and leadership team.
Example of duties will include:
- To act as a point of contact for all school enquiries either by telephone email or face to face and contribute to the smooth running of the school reception.
- Deal with reception/visitor etc. matters.
- Provide personal administrative and organisational support to other staff.
- Maintain confidential staffing records.

Actual Salary:
Working hours: 37 hours per week term time only plus 3 weeks for INSET (32.5 hours upwards would be considered)
