Administration Assistant
Cherwell Hospital Banbury
Full time hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday) - Occasional flexibility on Saturdays will be required
The Cherwellhospitalislocated inBanbury Oxfordshire - a day case/Inpatient facilitythat provides high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance patients who are self-funding treatment or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.
The Role
We currently havea great opportunityfor an Administrator to join our team atThe CherwellHospital. You will be an integral part of the team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment where you will be valued for your skills andexpertise. This is a busy role liaising with patientsconsultantsand all hospital need an individual with a professional approach excellent verbal communication skillsinitiativeand the ability to work within a team.
High-level duties include:
Handle all patient enquiries promptly and efficiently for a variety of clinical departments
Provide detailed information to patient enquiries delivering excellent customer service
Develop andmaintaingood working relationships with all internal departments across both Hospitals
Build andmaintainexcellent relationships with consultants and their secretaries
Supporting patients with their enquiries
Communication via phones and emails
Whatyoullbring with you
Proventrack recordof achieving targets whilstmaintainingan outstanding level of customer service
An excellent standard of computer literacy to include experience in Word & Excel
The ability to work under pressure whilstremainingpatient/ consumer focused
Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
A flexible and positive attitude
