ADASAD Project Lead

As we continue to evolve our advanced vehicle technologies we are looking for an ADAS / AD Project Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering the next generation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and Automated Driving features across our vehicle portfolio.

Reporting into the wider programme team you will act as the primary Project Management interface between the ADAS function and the Vehicle Line Manager serving as the single point of contact for all ADAS and Automated Driving activities on your assigned vehicle line. You will be responsible for overseeing project content status reporting and delivery performance ensuring that programme targets are achieved through effective planning governance and stakeholder management.

The role is focused on the successful delivery of ADAS and Automated Driving programmes from a project management perspective with accountability for timing budget management gateway deliverables and overall programme execution. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering purchasing quality manufacturing and MP&L teams whilst monitoring software and electronics development processes performance indicators and project dashboards to ensure visibility transparency and successful outcomes.

To be successful you will bring proven project management and product delivery experience within a complex automotive or technology-led environment. Experience of working with JIRA and Polarion is essential alongside a strong understanding of product creation and delivery processes such as GPDS AMPCS MISSION or similar. You will also have a broad appreciation of the interactions between engineering purchasing manufacturing quality and logistics functions enabling you to effectively coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills capable of influencing and challenging at all levels even where no direct reporting relationship exists. Comfortable working to demanding deadlines you will be adept at driving accountability managing priorities and maintaining momentum across complex projects. Most importantly you will bring a creative and courageous mindset demonstrating the determination and resilience required to help Aston Martin achieve ambitious business objectives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
