Activity Coordinator

Fairmont St Andrews Temporary position Approximately two weeks during the October school holidays 40 hours per week

Fairmont St Andrews is seeking a friendly organised Activity Coordinator to help deliver an enjoyable programme of activities for children and families during the October school holidays.

You will be a welcoming point of contact for guests and activity providers helping each session run smoothly and encouraging families to make the most of the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activity schedule and ensure spaces and materials are ready for each session.
• Welcome and support internal and external activity providers.
• Greet families explain the activities available and encourage children to participate.
• Monitor sessions and help resolve practical issues as they arise.
• Work closely with the Guest Experience Manager Concierge and other hotel teams to share information and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications :

About you

You will be confident communicating with children and adults well organised and willing to help wherever needed. Experience in hospitality events childcare or family activities would be beneficial although a warm and proactive approach is most important.

This temporary position is for approximately two weeks during the October school holidays working 40 hours per week. Shifts may include early evenings.
