Activities Coordinator. Telford Hall Care Home

• Hourly rate: £13.12 per hour
• Contract: 20 hours per week
• Shift pattern: 10am-3pm but this can vary weekends included

We're looking for a caring enthusiastic and creative Activities Assistant to help deliver engaging activities that enrich the lives of our residents. From arts and crafts and music sessions to games gardening celebrations and outings you'll play a key role in making every day enjoyable and meaningful.

What You'll Do

• Deliver fun engaging activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
• Encourage participation and help residents stay active connected and involved.
• Build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues.
• Support special events entertainment and outings.
• Create a welcoming inclusive environment where residents can thrive.

About You

• A friendly outgoing people person who enjoys making a difference.
• Creative enthusiastic and full of ideas.
• Confident engaging with older people including those living with dementia.
• A strong communicator who can build meaningful connections.
• Flexible and happy to support occasional outings and events.
• Care or activities experience is desirable but not essential
