Accounts Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right applicant to join our Accounts department in our Head office location Felixstowe as an Accounts Analyst. This is a full-time permanent Monday to Friday position.

Responsibilities

• Production of the Weekly Profit/Loss reports and accompanying KPIs
• Providing assistance with checking & closing of our revenue systems
• Extract manipulate and analyse large datasets using financial software
• Communicating with other departments to obtain key information
• Support non-finance teams with financial queries and understanding reports
• Maintain strong financial controls and documentation
• Assisting with the annual budget process
• Assisting with general accounting tasks

Requirements

• Strong work ethic to enable tight deadlines to be met
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel and key formulas
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to learn new processes and skills quickly
• Able to work well unsupervised and use initiative
