What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring an accounting team providing guidance support and coaching.
• Ensuring day-to-day accounting operations run smoothly and accurately.
• Reviewing financial information supporting month-end and year-end activities and helping maintain strong financial controls.
• Looking for smarter more efficient ways to improve processes and workflows.
• Partnering with leaders across the business to provide financial support and solve problems.
• Supporting the organizations ERP system and helping optimize financial processes.

What youll bring:

• Five or more years of accounting experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with cost accounting and indirect taxes
• ERP experience (SAP is an asset)
• CPA designation (or working toward one) is an asset
• French/English bilingualism
