Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a diverse portfolio of clients
- Reviewing statutory accounts management accounts and tax returns
- Providing commercial advice and support to clients
- Managing and mentoring a team of accountants and managers
- Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities within the existing client base
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting with strategic planning and helping drive the continued growth of the firm
- Working closely with the Partners on practice management and operational matters
Requirements
- ACA ACCA or CTA qualified
- Significant experience gained within accountancy practice
- Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts and taxation
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed
- Experience managing and developing teams

Required Skills:
Preferably qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience. 5-10 years experience within an accountancy practice experience. Experience preparing accounts and tax returns. Experience of QuickBooks Xero or Sage would be advantageous.
