Account Manager (SC Clearance)

What youll be doing...

As an Account Manager youll be responsible for leading a large operational team and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the account other client sites within the portfolio and occasional locations across the wider UK as business needs require.

Youll:

• Lead coach and develop Site Managers Supervisors Team Leaders and frontline colleagues.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders acting as the key point of contact for operational and account matters.
• Drive service excellence operational performance and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Develop account plans that support customer needs business objectives and future growth opportunities.
• Ensure contractual KPIs service levels and business objectives are consistently achieved.
• Create a culture of engagement accountability development and high performance.
• Support workforce planning succession planning and capability development across the account.
• Manage budgets resources and operational efficiency to deliver strong commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience improve services and add value to the account.
• Lead risk compliance and assurance activities to maintain safe effective and compliant operations.
• Support operational change and improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to share best practice and contribute to wider business success.

Qualifications :

What youll bring...

• Experience managing large operational teams within a service-led environment.
• A track record of delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Experience of driving employee engagement development and retention.
• Knowledges of planning forecasting and organisational capabilities.
• The ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to obtain SC Clearance to operate on clients sites.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of budget management and P&L accountability.
