Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Newton Abbot supporting a portfolio of hospitality customers.

This is a varied and customer-focused role where you will build strong relationships ensure excellent service delivery and identify opportunities to grow and develop accounts. Youll play a key role in retaining customers while acting as their trusted partner within Elis.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of hospitality customer accounts
• Build strong long-term relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Drive customer retention through proactive account management
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
• Monitor account performance analyse trends and provide insights
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
• Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
• Support pricing reviews and ensure commercial viability

• Experience in account management sales or customer service
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive customer-first approach
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and working with data
• A positive adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Driving licence essential

Experience within hospitality or a service-led industry is beneficial but not essential.
