Account Manager Food Advisory

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Job Title: Client Account Manager - Food Advisory 
• Job Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months 
• Location: Fully Remote  - Must be UK based and happy to travel to customer sites (ideal location around Leicester) 
• Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 
• Salary: Up to 38000 pa DOE 
• Industry: Health & Nutrition 

Overview of the role - to deliver exceptional service to existing clients being the key point of contact for a large UK retailer. 

• Managing clients workload
• Liaising with internal teams - technical & sales to make sure service level agreements and turnaround times are met 
• Obtain forecasts of work coming in to be completed 
• Project management 

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has over 3 years experience in an account management position we are looking for someone who has a background in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing 

You will also have the following

• Proven account management experience within a large team 
• Educated up to A Level or equivalent 
• Project Management life cycle experience 
• Advance user of MS Office including excel
