Account Manager

Youll lead from the front setting high standards across food service and hospitality while creating a positive ambitious culture within your team.

• Drive financial performance and achieve agreed budget targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistently high standards of food hospitality and customer service.
• Develop and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Identify opportunities for growth innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies health and safety requirements and operational standards

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality catering or facilities management role.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
• Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Full UK driving licence is essential due to the multi-site nature of the role.
