About the Role

We are looking for an Account Management Coordinator to support the CTS department on the delivery of projects and orders. We are looking for an individual to grow with the business by developing a deep understanding of the CTS eco-system the relevant pharmaceutical products and markets we are involved in.

This individual will need to be in the office 3 days a week in Willington.

What will your job look like

• Support the Account Management team in achieving the businesss sourcing and supply strategy

• Develop the businesss global sourcing and procurement contacts/networks and processes including identification and development of new sourcing opportunities

• Develop detailed knowledge of (existing and potential) global customers suppliers pharmaceutical products supply chain and markets

• Develop trusted professional relationships with the CTS Department to help achieve the business units targets

• Source and procure competitively priced products for customers in accordance with the businesss ethics and processes

• Work effectively with all relevant external third parties and all internal staff/departments to achieve efficient timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders without compromising quality

• Administrative tasks and assist in research and other projects for the business as required

• Ensure that all duties are carried out in compliance with the businesss applicable quality processes and SOPs Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and within all applicable licensing/regulatory requirements

• Comply with health & safety anti-bribery & corruption data protection and other compliance programmes or requirements in effect from time to time

• Ensure that all duties are carried out in compliance with all contractual obligations relating to the businesss procurement and supply to customers

• Develop understanding of (and comply with) all of the businesss systems and processes including in relation to purchase and sale of products

What will you need to succeed

• Degree level education or equivalent

• Ability to work in the office 3 days a week

• Willingness and desire to develop within and add value to the business

• Good communication skills both oral and written

• Good administrative planning & organisational skills

• Customer-focused enthusiastic and pro-active

• Initiative coupled with good problem solving & decision-making abilities

• Ability to work effectively within team or individually and interact confidently with colleagues

• Proficiency in use of commonly-used IT platforms and packages

• Commercial awareness with attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints whilst being compliance-focused
