Join our supportive and ambitious team of Insurance Account Executives at Gallaghers Chichester office. As part of a global leader in insurance risk management and consulting youll work with established mid to large corporate clients while continuing to grow your career in a collaborative highperforming environment.

Our Chichester team is a closeknit technically strong group specialising in midcorporate business with a heavy focus across construction and manufacturing alongside broader crossclass exposure.

This is a team that goes far beyond placing cover. Our Chichester office takes a technically driven deepdive approach to understanding risk focusing on insight and quality rather than quick quotes. Youll be encouraged to get under the skin of complex exposures build real technical confidence and deliver solutions that genuinely make a difference.

How youll make an impact

  • Manage the renewal process for your clients gathering information and discussing terms to secure the best outcomes.
  • Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying and acting on new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers to access competitive terms that meet your clients objectives.
  • Visit clients as needed showcasing your interpersonal skills and commitment to excellent service.
  • Handle account queries and credit control matters resolving issues promptly and escalating concerns when necessary.

About you

  • Proven experience within a similar role.
  • You have a strong experience of general insurance products services and classes of insurance as well as knowledge of the London Market Lloyds and the wider industry.
  • Holding or working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications Cert CII Dip CII or ACII would be an advantage. Educated to GCSE/A-Level standard or equivalent with an intermediate knowledge of the commercial insurance industry
  • Youre detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills and a focus on accuracy.
  • Youre passionate about delivering outstanding client service and building lasting relationships.
  • Youre proactive and driven with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Youre eligible to work in the UK and are open to travel as required.
