Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead operational and commercial performance of a key client contract within the SMART portfolio.

Youll oversee the maintenance of M&E systems lead on-site teams and drive service excellence while managing a contract P&L ensuring costs are controlled performance targets are met and opportunities for sustainable growth are identified.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works ensuring 100% statutory and contractual compliance.

• Lead coach and develop engineering teams through regular briefings toolbox talks and structured performance appraisals.

• Produce accurate monthly client reports and maintain clear and professional client communication.

• Manage QHSE audits and documentation and performance standards.

• Oversee additional works quotations and supplier performance in line with contractual and commercial requirements.

• Manage budgets monitor spend and protect P&L performance across a circa 3m contract portfolio.

• Identify and deliver opportunities to improve service delivery operational efficiency and commercial performance.

Education and Training:

• 25 years experience in FM or operational contract management

• Experience leading and developing managers or teams

• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and operational processes

• Confident managing budgets financial performance and reporting

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationships

• Desirable: 18th Edition C&G 2391 or Mechanical/HVAC qualifications
