As an Academic Mentor you will:

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and smallgroup intervention sessions across KS3 and KS4

• Support pupils working below expected levels or preparing for GCSE examinations

• Use assessment data to identify gaps in understanding and tailor sessions accordingly

• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular feedback to teachers

• Build consistent motivating relationships with pupils to develop confidence and resilience

The ideal Academic Mentor will:

• Hold a 2:1 or FirstClass degree from a top UK university

• Have previous childcentred or schoolbased experience
