Our Investment Banking team is a leading global franchise with over 500 professionals in North AmericaEuropeand Asia. We provide our corporate and institutional clients with capital markets and financial advisoryservicesandintegratedsolutions.

Werelooking for talented individuals to join our London Investment Banking team in the following sector teams:

PowerUtilities and Energy: Power utilities and energy transition sectors (including renewables circular economy bioenergy waste energy storage carbon capture etc.)

Verticalized Software Data and Analytics: Technology & data solution providers delivered through a SaaS model in specific sectors such as Automotive Maritime GRC LegalTech etc.

Communications and Media: Telecommunications and digital infrastructure ( datacentres broadcast and telecom towers satellites submarine cables etc.)

Mining:Coverage of the metals and mining sector including copper gold silver and other commodities with a core focus on upstream exploration development and production businesses

Position Overview

As an Investment BankingSummerAnalyst youwill be exposed to a wide variety of clients sectors financial services and products and work with various integrated teams that will provide you with the necessary skills todevelop grow and thrive in Investment Banking.

The internship will begin withoneweek of formal training for allLondon TDsummer analysts that includes orientation and interactive technical training. This training is designed to teach you the building blocks of financial institutions Excel and PowerPoint which will prepare you for the next nine weeks of the Analysts will have the opportunity to engage with bankers at all levels across all teams. Summer Analysts will also be able toparticipatein social networking events withone-anotheras well as colleagues across all divisions on an on-going basis to experience our culture andintegratewithour Firm.

How you will contribute:

• Research and analyze clients financial situationsindustryand market data

• Apply valuation tools to assess opportunities

• Support preparingexternal clientpresentationproposalsand internal memos

• Aid senior team members with idea generationand in M&A transactions execution

• Work proactively across multiple product/industry groups and geographies

Who we are looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelors degree withan anticipatedgraduation date between December 2027and June 2028.

• A genuine interest incorporatefinance and thesectors TD covers

• Results driven proven academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills

• Strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across teams and regions and deliveraccurateresults under time pressure

• Excellentcommunication skills with an emphasis on being a team player

• A willingness to learn anddemonstratea growth mindset

• Previouswork experience in corporate finance or investment banking considered an asset

• Fluency in at least oneadditionalEuropean language isadvantageous

• Demonstrated leadership (i.e. sports clubs extracurricular activities and philanthropy etc.)
