Responsibilities:

This two-year graduate programme will see you building your knowledge and skills in areas all across our CRB business. Working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues youll:

  • Develop your technical knowledge through meaningful assignments and projects
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors including cyber financial institutions marine and construction
  • Grow every day from a thorough induction to ongoing professional and personal development through bespoke learning journeys
  • Be supported as you study towards your Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Qualification whilst gaining the highly valued Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma in Insurance

Given the breadth of our CRB business you could find yourself in the following types of opportunities:

  • Broking where youll be the intermediary in the insurance transaction ensuring the clients needs are met while also building strong relationships with the markets youre using.
  • Client servicing where youll be the clients first point of contact for all aspects of their insurance programme.
  • Analytics where youll tackle challenges such as analysing and manipulating data and producing reports to present your findings and insights.
  • Strategy where youll work with a wide range of stakeholders to support decision making prepare business plans and analyse data to identify trends.
  • Business development where youll think creatively and strategically to produce materials that can be used for marketing and specific client proposals.
  • Projects where youll manage a variety of stakeholders solve complex problems and identify the right resources and expertise to deliver excellence for our clients.

Qualifications

Requirements

Our graduate programmes are journeys of learning experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW youll need to be:

  • A natural problem solver with a sharp and analytical mind
  • Comfortable working in a team
  • A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and clearly convey complicated information
  • Ability to use platforms such as excel powerpoint and ideally AI products such as copilot.
  • Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge
  • At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline

Workstyles:

Were open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days in the office learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.
