We are working with a well-structured private school in North London looking for a 1:1 Support Assistant who can handle challenge without escalation. This is not a passive support role. You will be working with pupils who need consistency structure and calm adults who do not react under pressure. The school has strong leadership and clear behaviour systems in place you will not be left to manage situations alone.
