• 1:1 SEN Support Assistant applicants should have previous experience supporting children with SEND
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD is highly desirable
• Strong communication patience and adaptability are essential
• 1:1 SEN Support Assistant candidates should be proactive resilient and passionate about supporting young people
• A background in Psychology Education or a related field would be advantageous
