Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Accountant who enjoys working with clients teaching digital tools and automating financial workflows. You will manage internal accounting needs and lead clients onboarding and training for Zoho Books ensuring seamless adoption of our cloud-based finance solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage internal financial records: payables receivables reconciliation payroll taxes and statutory submissions.
- Customize and implement Zoho Books for clients in various industries.
- Support automation of accounting workflows using Zoho Creator and Zoho Flow.
- Collaborate with CRM and analytics teams to ensure smooth data syncing across platforms.
Client Onboarding & Training
- Lead client onboarding for Zoho Books: setup walkthroughs and post-go-live support.
- Train business owners and their teams on using Zoho Books and related apps.
- Develop onboarding materials: video walkthroughs quick-start guides and knowledge base content.
- Provide responsive support to clients during and after implementation.
Communication Component
- Translate financial and tech concepts into simple easy-to-understand language for non-finance users.
- Prepare and present demos training sessions and financial health check insights to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams clients and partners through clear timely and professional communication.
- Write client-facing documentation FAQs and summary reports.
Project Management Component
- Manage multiple client onboarding projects ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction.
- Track milestones report progress and coordinate cross-functional team input.
- Maintain implementation checklists manage client expectations and ensure post-implementation reviews.
- Use Zoho Projects or similar tools to organize work and client communications.
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Pursuing or completed CPA ACCA or equivalent certification.
- 2 years of hands-on accounting experience (SME focus is a plus).
- Familiar with Zoho Books or other cloud-based accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero).
- Enjoys teaching training and simplifying tech for others.
- Comfortable using or learning Zoho apps (Books CRM Creator Analytics etc.).
- Strong communicator and problem-solver with a passion for digital tools.
