• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to luxury service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience by anticipating needs
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen bar and service teams for smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care
• Follow all hygiene safety and brand service standards at all times

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in waiter/service role preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed professional and guest-oriented appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-standard environment
• Strong attention to detail and service excellence mindset
• Team player with positive and proactive attitude
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
