IT Support Technician (Onsite) - On Call/Backfill

What Youll Do

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users.
• Install configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
• Configure printers scanners and other peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware replacements and equipment installations.
• Set up workstations for new employees.
• Handle basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Document completed work accurately and professionally.

What Were Looking For

Required Skills

• 1 year of IT Support Help Desk or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP Wi-Fi LAN).
• Experience troubleshooting PCs laptops printers and peripherals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred

• CompTIA A Google IT Support Microsoft or similar certification.
• Experience working in corporate IT environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic user administration.
