• Coordinate technical service processes for sorting and reflash activities concerning customer quality topics.
• Drive process coordination and continuous improvement.
• Support the development and promote the use of digital tools.
• Provide back-office support to colleagues.
• Organize the logistics for quality returns to investigation points.
• Manage commercial registration processes and prepare corresponding reports.
• Contribute to the development of digital solutions for business process improvement and digitalization.

Qualifications :

• Currently a student in an engineering department.
• Living in Bursa is a must
• Available for a minimum of 3 days per week.
• A keen interest in digital tools such as Power BI Power Automate or similar.
• A proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for data processing and analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Interest in business intelligence digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
