• Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies in line with hotel standards and guest preferences
• Deliver personalized wellness experiences with professionalism and care
• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas
• Ensure all treatment products equipment and linens are properly prepared before each service
• Provide guests with recommendations on spa treatments and wellness products
• Handle guest requests and concerns with a service-oriented and positive approach
• Follow all health safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Coordinate effectively with the spa reception and wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests through attentive service and positive communication

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or wellness center
• Certification in massage and body therapies
• Strong communication and guest relations skills
• Passion for wellness hospitality and personalized guest service
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays when required
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
