Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing
Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities maintaining relationships with existing clients and promoting the hotels services facilities and accommodations to corporate group and leisure markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event planners and other key stakeholders.
Conduct sales calls client meetings site inspections and presentations.
Negotiate contracts rates and agreements with clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
Prepare sales forecasts reports and performance analyses.
Collaborate with the reservations front office and operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Represent the hotel at trade shows industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in hotel sales hospitality sales or a similar role.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
