Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: $2000/month
- Performance Bonus: $300 (when total STD reaches $50K)

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian speaker.
- Minimum 1 year of Retention experience in the Forex/CFD industry is a must.
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment.
