Job Summary
- Support the daily operations of the aftersales team including follow-up on technical CRM and SAP-related tasks.
- Follow up on invoicing spare parts planning stock transfers service campaigns service audits training certifications and various daily reports to ensure efficient service management.
- Prepare service bulletins in coordination with the service engineer.
- Monitor aftersales service performance through defined KPIs and take follow-up actions where necessary.
Qualifications :
- Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or a Masters student in Mechanical Electrical or Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation wiring diagrams and service manuals.
- Familiarity with data analysis to support the daily operations of the aftersales team.
- A results-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Fluency in English.
