Tasks

What Youll Work On

• Application Development: Design develop and maintain modern high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• UI/UX Implementation: Transform UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect responsive and smooth fluid mobile interfaces.
• Architecture & State Management: Write clean maintainable and robust code using modern architectural patterns and advanced state management solutions.
• API Integration: Integrate mobile applications with backend services RESTful APIs WebSockets and third-party platforms.
• Deployment & Stores: Manage end-to-end mobile app deployment including beta distribution and publishing processes on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum responsiveness fluid animations minimal battery consumption and efficient memory management.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Design Backend and DevOps teams while participating in code reviews technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Innovation: Work on both greenfield mobile products and existing production systems incorporating features like push notifications offline-first capabilities or AI-enabled functionalities where applicable.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 3 years of professional mobile software development experience (Senior opportunities are also available).
• Cross-Platform Skills: Strong experience and advanced proficiency in either Flutter (Dart) or React Native (TypeScript).
• State Management: Solid experience with modern state management tools such as Bloc Riverpod Redux or Provider.
• Mobile Fundamentals: Deep understanding of the mobile application lifecycle asynchronous programming caching strategies and local data persistence (Hive SQLite Realm etc.).
• Native Awareness: Basic knowledge of Native ecosystems (Swift / Kotlin / Java) to read native code or implement platform-specific bridges when needed.
• Data & Tools: Experience with Git/Gitflow collaborative workflows and connecting mobile apps to RESTful APIs or JSON-based services.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane Codemagic Bitrise or GitHub Actions) and Firebase services (Crashlytics Analytics Cloud Messaging).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical thinking skills. Good communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional international teams and an ownership mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience implementing comprehensive mobile testing practices (Unit Widget or Integration Tests).
• Experience with complex UI animations custom rendering or deep linking.
• Experience with secure coding practices in mobile apps (SSL Pinning biometric authentication OAuth JWT).
• Experience in domains such as Fintech E-commerce SaaS or high-traffic consumer apps.
• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) basics and mobile performance monitoring tools.
