Job Summary

Tasks:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept registration and market launch through to maintenance and discontinuation ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee regulatory submissions product registration labeling and certification processes for health nutrition and cosmetic products.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers marketing and sales teams to localize global products for regional markets and secure timely regulatory approvals.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in local and EU regulatory frameworks proactively ensuring ongoing product compliance.
  • Conduct product risk assessments and support quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all product categories.
  • Provide product expertise compliance guidance and regulatory documentation to the distributor network and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare review and maintain compliance documentation and reports in accordance with company policies and regional regulations.
  • Execute product- and compliance-related projects assigned by the regional office ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy Chemistry or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience in product management regulatory affairs or compliance ideally in FMCG health products or direct selling industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish regulatory frameworks and product registration processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail integrity and problem-solving mindset.
