Indirect Purchasing Category Assistant Smart Start (Petro-Chemistry) Recruitment Days

• Assistant to the Demand & Sourcing Manager for Purchasing of Petrochemistry Material Field
• Support for request for quotations from the suppliers
• Support for project creation follow up and preparation of tenders
• Support for special projects and cost saving activities via directly contributing to result
• Support for preparation and execution of negotiations with the suppliers
• Support for solving of complex problem with permanent measures
• Support for solving operational tasks with related departments (internal customers)
• Support regarding communication with suppliers and internal business partners
• Support for Supplier information update via using digital tools

Qualifications :

• 3rd or 4th year of Bachelor or Master student of Engineering Business Administration Department of Economics International Relations Public Relations or related fields.
• Fluency in English (Excellent command of written and spoken English)
• Able to work min 3 days in a week during school period
• Able to work min 11 months during school period
• Living in İstanbul is a must
• Strong coordination and high communication skills together with teamwork abilities
• Highly social and positive personality in interpersonal communications
• Eager to learn dynamic personality willingness to take initiatives and new responsibilities
• Result and solution orientation with problem solving analytical approach & proactive mindset
• High level of attention to details and planned & structured working style for multitasks
• Good command of MS Office applications especially MS Excel and PowerPoint (PowerBI applicable knowledge & concrete experience will be a plus during evaluation)
